Michael Cullen has been a professional photographer since graduating from Trent University in 1988 with a degree in History. He is the owner of Trent Photographics, a well known commercial photography studio in Peterborough, Ontario, where he lives and works, and has a variety of international clients allowing him to travel extensively. Michael has exhibited his personal work for the past 20 years. His shows, whether landscape (Kodachrome 2011, Down the Mary Jane 1996, 49th Parallel (pending)), portraits (The Chair 1994) or still life (Poppies 2005) are informed by historical and geographic context as well as a sense of loss and beauty.
Stephen Gilligan has been a photographer for over 20 years. He is dedicated to fostering the growth of visual expression in others with emphasis on the production of the fine photographic print in both traditional and digital media. He is a Professor in the School of Media, Art and Design at Durham College.
Charlotte Hale is involved in many aspects of the local arts community. A current Board Trustee at the RMG, she is also Associate Dean of the School of Media, Art and Design at Durham College. Charlotte sits on the Campus Art Curatorial Commitee at the college, and has previously taught photography to students of the college. Charlotte has published works in Artsforum magazine and has received awards such as the Acorn Award and People's Choice in Photography at the Uxbridge Juried Arts Show.
